An inverted front pleat releases into a soft layer of chiffon over taffeta. Velvet bodice with ballet neckline in the front and back. The Capri dress is shipped with an extra long skirt to be cut to desired length and hemmed. Dry clean. Black only. Please allow 4-6 weeks production time. Size chart C.
