Yes. For those members that are above the size range of our charts, custom size garments can be made with an additional pattern charge as follows: dresses $45, ladies' jackets and tops $35, skirts, pants and vests $25. Please supply all of the measurements that are requested on the charts for these items in order for us to make the custom pattern. Please take time to make sure the measurements are accurate, as custom garments are not returnable. Custom size garments require 6 weeks production time for items featured in our Ladies' Formal section and 7-8 weeks production time for items featured in our Special Edition and Show Choir sections.
Yes. Many of the styles in our line can be ordered in other colors or fabrics for larger quantity orders. Please call us to discuss what you might have in mind and we will do our best to accommodate you.
There is a minimum order of 6 garments per style and color on your initial order of custom garments. There are no minimums on re-orders once your group has met the minimum order of 6 on your first purchase. There is no minimum order on any items featured in our Quick Ship section.
Custom items in our catalog have a minimum initial order of 6 garments per style and color. Items featured in our Quick Ship section are available for individual purchase with no minimum order or surcharge.
Prices are occasionally incorrect due to either price changes throughout the year or typographical errors. Please call us to confirm any prices before ordering. If we receive an order with an incorrect price, we will notify you of price changes or errors of 15% or more.
Prepay & Save 3% - On orders of $100 or more, mail a check or money order and deduct a 3% cash discount. Credit Card - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Disover and American Express. There is no 3% cash discount on orders paid by credit card. Credit cards are billed for the full amount of the order total at the time the order is placed. Items that are referenced as custom are not able to be changed or cancelled once put into production. Purchase Order - Orders placed by schools with an official signed Board of Education Purchase Order can be billed Net 30 with freight added to the invoice.
Colors photographed throughout the catalog and on the website are not always accurate due to variations that occur in printing and computer screen calibration. Upon request, we will send free swatches of any fabric to clarify colors. Stage Accents can not accept responsibility of colors on custom items that were not clarified by the customer reviewing actual fabric swatches. Due to dye lot variations, we are unable to guarantee an exact match on all orders. Re-orders are best handled by sending in a sample garment. Please check your order upon receipt and before altering to see if there is any unacceptable variation in dye lot.
In each shipment a packing slip will be enclosed listing all of the items in that shipment. Please check your shipment against the packing slip and inspect each garment for damages. Styles featured in our Quick Ship section usually ship within 2-4 days. If in event we are out of stock on any sizes, back orders will ship within 2-4 weeks. We provide the fastest service in our industry by stocking many of our popular formal dresses, tuxedos and accessories. Garments that are custom require production times that are indicated in the individual item description.

Returns are permitted on stock merchandise received within 30 days provided that the items are in new condition and all tags are still attached. Merchandise that has been worn or altered cannot be returned. Goods returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. No returns on custom merchandise will be accepted. Return authorizations can easily be requested online using our Request Form. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be emailed to you with shipping instructions. Yes, Samples are a great way to review our merchandise and select the best style for your group. We are very proud of the quality manufacturing and updated stayes that we offer and welcome the opportunity to provide you with samples before you order. Samples are billed to a credit card number and credited in full upon return. Please place sample orders on-line for the fastest service and order tracking. Samples are sent from our sample stock. Ladies' samples are usually a size 6 or 8 but some dress samples are also available in size 16, so please inquire if your group prefers to see a larger size. Men's samples are usually a size 38 or medium. Fabric swatches in the exact colors you are interested in will be sent along with the sample. Due to the high demand for our sample garments at certain times of the year, we regretfully must limit each customer to two samples per category at a time (i.e. two dresses, two vests, etc.). We will gladly send you additional samples once your original sample order has been returned to us.

Yes. Custom merchandise includes all garments featured in our Show Choir and Special Edition lines, and other items referenced as custom. This includes, but is not limited to, custom variations of stock merchandise and custom sizes. Sorry, but no returns or cancellations can be accepted on custom merchandise.
No. We take price in designing garments that will flatter all of your members equally. All sizes listed on our size charts are offered at the same price.
Here are some tips that will help you make sure that all of your members look terrific! First, check the description for the item that you are ordering, and note the chart letter that is linked. Click through to the chart and notice which measurements are needed for that particular item. We have provided you with links to Men's and Girl's size charts. You can also download a worksheet for listing your members, their measurements and the sizes that you select for them. We recommend that members are measured wearing only undergarments or very lightweight clothing such as a T-shirt. Measuring over bulky clothing will give you inaccurate measurements. Make sure to hold the tape measure straight. It should be snug, but not tight.
It is important to note that every manufacturer's size scale varies a little. The charts included in our catalog and on our site correspond to the way our merchandise fits. Sometimes members will end up being a different size in our apparel than what they normally buy in the store. We know that most people are hesitant about selecting a size from our chart that is larger than what they normally wear. However, we do recommend basing your size selection on our size chart instead of what you might wear in another brand. For most ladies' garments, it is easiest to start by locating the bust and waist measurements on the size chart. For bust and waist measurements, the chart lists the maximum recommended measurement for that size. Depending on the style of the dress, the hip measurements may have additional ease over the chart measurement. Our customer service representatives can give you more specific information on which styles can tolerate a bigger difference in hip measurements. It is common for people to fall between sizes. Here is an example of a woman that is not exactly chart proportionate, but can select a size with a little compromise. Her measurements are: bust 37.5", waist 28", hips 40", skirt length 42". The dress that she is purchasing references size chart B. Notice that her bust and hips are between a size 8 and 10. Her waist is between a size 6 and 8. Since her bust and hips measurement are in the size 10 range, and her waist is in the size 8 range, we will order a size 10 for her knowing that her dress can be altered at the waist for a more exact fit. All of our pants and formal dresses are shipped extra long to be hemmed locally for each individual wearer. We request that you try to size as many of your members as possible using the above guidelines. If you have members that are especially difficult to fit, you can give us a call to discuss them with a customer service representative. As indicated by the previous example, often compromises have to be made and sometimes alterations will be necessary. Custom sizes are available on many items for individuals that are above the size range of our charts.
For garments that are in-stock including Quick Ship formal dresses and tuxedos, fit lines are available to assist you in selecting sizes for groups of 30 or more individuals. Fit lines include one per size of the actual garments that you are ordering and can be used to try on each member to determine the preferred size. Fit lines are considered a partial shipment of your total order and require a payment method at the time of ordering. Fit lines are not available for all styles, so please inquire with Customer Service.
